A refreshing cocktail that brings back memories... meet Yaya from Fishes & More and her Déjà vu specialty cocktail.
Yaya's story...
Yaya was born in Amsterdam in the Netherlands and vacationed in Aruba one year but ultimately, fell in love with the island. She started looking for a summer job and found it at Fishes and More. Luckily, she had some family on the island which made her longer stay on the island easier. She was a student majoring Sports and Psychology. Just as she fell in love with Aruba, she fell in love with bartending. Mixing and combining different flavors has a stimulating effect on passionate bartenders. She loves the interaction with people who come to her with special requests and she will let her creativity go wild.
The inspiration for this cocktail came from the fact that Aruba has such a warm climate and visiting people are looking for something to drink that is nice and smooth. After picking locally produced ingredients for this drink, her goal was to conjure something that will simulate a cooling feeling. When you taste this cocktail, it should remind you of the freshness the Aruban waters offer you.
Cocktail: Déjà vu

Ingredients:
· Chill beer
· Tito's (vodka)
· Limes
· Mango extract
· Passion fruit juice
· Simple syrup
· Seltzer water
Steps:
· Start with adding ice into a cocktail shaker.
· Add 2 ounces of Tito's (vodka), 1 ounce of Chill beer, 1.5 ounces of passion fruit juice, ½ ounces of mango extract, ¼ ounces simple syrup, and squeeze half a lime into the shaker.
· Shake and stir!
· Pour into a glass and finally add a splash of seltzer water.
